- NSFW or sexually explicit material
(Mild or artistic nudity is welcome and considered on a case-by-case
basis, so long as it’s respectful and not sexually explicit.)
- Fetish content of any kind
- Graphic or extreme violence/gore
- Anything discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise harmfulGENERAL TERMS
- I retain full copyright over all works.
- I reserve the right to share commissions in my portfolio or on social media,
(unless you request privacy beforehand.)
- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason,
especially if it's outside my skill range or on my
"will not draw" list.
- Commissions typically take up to 40 days.
Rush orders may be accepted, but only with prior agreement.
- You’re always welcome to ask for updates!
I usually send two WIPs during the process for feedback.
- Visual references are recommended.
Non-visual-only submissions may be declined.
Don’t hesitate to include a lore dump - I enjoy reading them! :3You MAY:
- Use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes
(e.g., profile pictures, banners, private character sheets).
- Share and repost the image with visible credit to @squinchents.You MAY NOT:
- Modify, recolor, trace, or edit the artwork.
- Upload or input the artwork into AI/image generation tools or datasets, nor train new neural network with given artwork.
- Use the artwork in any commercial context
(e.g., merch, monetized videos, NFTs) without a commercial license.PAYMENT
- Payment is accepted via PayPal through Ko-fi only.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I start.
- The remaining balance can be paid any time before final delivery.
Refunds:
- If you cancel after paying in full, I may refund up to 50% depending on progress.
- If only the deposit was paid, no refund will be issued.
- If I’m unable to complete the commission for any reason,
I’ll issue a refund proportional to the amount of work completed.DELIVERY
- I’ll send 2 WIPs for feedback and minor revisions during creation.
- After completion, minor changes (e.g., colors or small details) are welcome.
Major revisions may require an additional fee.
- You’ll receive a .PNG file (default), and other file formats on request.
No physical products will be delivered.
